- Review title opinions in the DJ, Powder, Bakken, or Permian Basins - Analyze title and lien searches - Draft title opinions - Resolve title issues - Prepare title summaries - Provide legal advice on title issues - Manage and review title documents - Analyze and interpret title related laws and regulations - Maintain professional relationships with clients
**Qualifications**
- 3 to 8 years of experience writing title opinions in the DJ, Powder, Bakken, or Permian Basins - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Colorado - Knowledge of oil and gas title and lien searches - Ability to analyze and interpret title related laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Great attitude and ability to tackle an additional related area of law
