Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating the collection of ESI - Evaluating and processing complex data for document review - Preparation of productions and/or data load files - Learning and working with various eDiscovery platforms such as IPRO Local Discovery, IPRO Open Discovery, Everlaw or Eclipse programs - Assisting with other software systems that support a litigation practice
Requirements: - Excellent organizational skills - Advanced technical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and document management systems - Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms - Ability to multitask and work in a team environment - Strong commitment to client service and producing high-quality work
Experience: - Minimum of a few years of experience as a litigation paralegal - Must meet the requirements for being a paralegal under California’s Professional Code § 6450(c)
Murphy Austin offers a competitive salary and benefit package, as well as a paralegal bonus program and hybrid schedule. The compensation for this position ranges from $84,000 – $106,000 (base salary), depending on skills and substantive experience.
