Law Firm Seeking Experienced Attorney for Association Law Practice in Chicago

The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a deep understanding of Association Law and relevant experience in this practice area - Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for the law - Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Thrives in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment - Is able to think like a business and adapt to the needs of clients - Is willing to take on challenges and embrace the rewards of individual enterprise
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance and advice to clients on Association Law matters - Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, bylaws, and policies - Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings - Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to provide comprehensive and effective legal solutions - Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Association Law - Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations - Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines
