Executive Legal Assistant - Supporting Legal Operations Manager, General Counsel, and Legal Director
Role Description: - Supporting Legal Operations Manager, General Counsel, and Legal Director in daily administrative tasks - Assisting staff and executives with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports - Coordinating meetings and taking minutes for various committees - Handling confidential material with discretion - Maintaining legal reference documentation and document libraries - Filing corporate governance documentation - Collaborating with other internal departments for information requests - Ordering and maintaining office supplies - Other administrative duties as needed
Accountabilities: - Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendar for General Counsel and Legal Director - Assisting with travel arrangements, expense reports, and credit card reconciliation - Coordinating meeting facilities and food service as needed - Taking minutes and tracking joint ventures - Receiving and researching service of process requests - Vetting corporate contributions and memberships - Formatting and mailing correspondence - Creating and editing presentations - Collecting updates and drafting newsletters - Updating and maintaining legal reference documentation - Filing corporate governance documentation - Monitoring subscriptions and assisting with renewals - Managing and organizing data - Collaborating with other departments for information requests - Maintaining confidentiality - Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Qualifications & Experience: - 3 years of experience in legal operations - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Understanding of complex issues and ability to explain clearly - High level of integrity - Experience supporting VP level and remote workers - Bachelor's degree or certification preferred - Experience with Microsoft products and legal software preferred - Proximity to Highlands Ranch, Colorado office preferred

Salary Information: - Salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 - Actual salaries vary based on experience, education, budget, and location.
