POSITION OVERVIEW The primary responsibility of the Executive Director – Cyber Security is to help define and execute the Cyber Security operating plan and serve as subject matter expert in their functional area of responsibility. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s policies, practices, and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *Partner with departments and global teams to build a cohesive strategy plan *Identify valuable metrics and present to senior management *Delegate tasks and department assignments or projects and monitor deadlines *Evaluate and review bid negotiations and provide recommendations and feedback *Define, implement and communicate cyber security strategies and solutions for appropriate data protection *Contribute to the specification of department goals and objectives *Use available staff and budgetary resources to ensure department effectiveness *Recommend process improvements to SVP – Information Security *Manage staff by observing individual and team performance and continuous mentoring *Apply the ISO Information Security Management System model and Plan-Do-Check-Act method to all activities *Collaborate with SVP – Information Security to prepare presentations as needed *Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job. *Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS *21 years of age. *Proof of authorization to work in the United States *Bachelor’s degree in an information technology or cyber discipline or equivalent work experience *10 years of experience in cyber security with at least 5 years managing a cyber team *Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy. *Previous experience managing and motivating employees to provide a high quality work product that is delivered on-time. *Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form. *Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience. *Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
