ACCEL Law Group, located in the heart of West Hartford Center, is a growing law firm with a national insurance transactional and regulatory practice. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our leadership team.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant at ACCEL Law Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our firm’s daily activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Calendar management, including scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring timely reminders and follow-ups. Coordination of group meetings, both internal and external, including arranging conference calls and video conferences, preparing agendas and distributing documents, and ensuring meeting rooms are equipped with necessary materials. Note-taking and file organization, including maintaining an organized filing system for important documents. Document printing, saving, and filing, as well as assisting with document preparation, editing, and formatting. Travel planning, including making arrangements for flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
