EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/PARALEGAL AT LAW FIRM IN SACRAMENTO, CA
Join our team at Singleton Schreiber, LLP, a leading law firm in Sacramento, CA. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Paralegal to support our team of attorneys. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $80,000-$90,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and childcare assistance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Case Management: Open and maintain files, create appendices, prep pleading shells, and manage document organization for existing and incoming cases. - Memberships: Manage membership dues, bar licensing, and seminar registrations for attorneys. - Meeting Preparation: Gather and prepare briefing materials for executive meetings and follow up as needed. - Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule calls with clients and other parties using Zoom and Teams. - Travel Coordination: Organize and maintain travel arrangements for attorneys. - Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with organization leaders and department managers to ensure efficient workflows. - Communication: Facilitate internal and external communication for the firm. - Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information. - Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and remain resourceful and solution-oriented. - Other Duties: Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in a law firm setting. - Paralegal certificate preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft 365 products. - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize work. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong ability to maintain confidentiality. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
