Executive Assistant (Hybrid) - Minneapolis, MN - Full Time
Law Firm Seeking Experienced Executive Assistant
Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000
Reporting to the CFO/COO, the Executive Assistant will support administrative tasks for various Executive Team initiatives and projects. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sensitive interactions with discretion - Maintain an active calendar of appointments - Coordinate meeting agendas and documents - Document and file meeting minutes - Compose and file confidential correspondence - Process business expenses and invoices in a timely manner - Engage in internal and external communications - Support legal administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the Executive Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred - 3 years of experience working directly for executive-level preferred - Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with ease - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple executives' needs - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Strong judgment and problem-solving skills - Highly collaborative and resourceful, with the ability to work independently - Project management experience - Strong sense of integrity - Regular attendance at work
