Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming clients - Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments - Processing client payments and managing mailings - Completing legal filings and notarizing documents - Assisting with client onboarding and assembling documents - Copying, scanning, and faxing paperwork - Coordinating CEO's schedule and completing daily time entries - Ordering office supplies and maintaining a tidy workplace - Organizing CEO's cases and creating daily to-do lists - Participating in management discussions to improve operations - Facilitating staff meetings and managing office staff needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma - Outstanding time management skills - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Certified Nevada Notary
It would be even better if you had:
- Bachelor's degree - Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a law firm - Notary certificate - Experience with CLIO practice management software - Bilingual in English and Spanish
