Responsibilities:
- Manage an active calendar of appointments for the Co-Chair and three shareholders in the Business Department - Prepare expense reports and budgets - Coordinate complex travel plans and itineraries - Compile documents for travel-related meetings
Qualifications:
- 7 years of relevant experience in a law firm - Previous experience supporting C-Level executives preferred - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Proficient in Microsoft Office
