As a Paralegal at Gravis Law, you will work with a team of attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality legal services. Your responsibilities will include managing attorney dockets, assisting with case planning and management, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and maintaining client files. The successful candidate will have 2 years of Paralegal experience, with a preference for experience in Estates and Probate work.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage attorney dockets and ensure timely completion of deadlines. • Review files and communicate with attorneys to discuss file status and upcoming deadlines. • Assist attorneys with preparations for client meetings and legal proceedings. • Draft legal documents and correspondence. • File and e-file legal documents. • Maintain client files and communicate regularly with clients. • Conduct legal research and provide top-notch legal products and services to clients. • Cover front desk and phones as needed. • Maintain a positive reputation amongst clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. • 2 years of Paralegal experience, with a preference for Estates and Probate work. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Positive and professional demeanor.
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree. • Knowledge of Wealth Counsel software. • Litigation experience. • Excellent analytical skills. • Ability to make decisions based on data and experience. • Positive and professional demeanor.
Salary: $20 - $26 per hour
