As an Estates & Trust Attorney- Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on complex estate planning and administration matters, representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries, and advocating for clients in court and before taxing authorities. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in estate planning and administration, and be licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional client service focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you have an LLM in Tax or experience in Elder Law, that is a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical and research skills, and organizational and time management skills are also important for this role.
