Job Summary: Gravis Law, a leading law firm in the industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estates & Probate Attorney II to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and generous benefits package. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience practicing law and will be responsible for a variety of essential duties and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Mediation and trial experience • Researching and analyzing complex legal issues • Writing legal documents and correspondence • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Marketing and networking to attract potential clients • Performing discovery and due diligence in legal matters • Managing a schedule to meet production objectives • Approval of invoices and utilization of support staff • Actively engaging in brand expansion and positive reviews • Communicating and advising clients • Other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements: • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills • Strong legal research skills • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school • Admission (or eligibility) to practice law in the state of employment • 4-6 years of experience as an attorney
Salary Information: • Annual salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 based on experience • Opportunity for bonuses and participation in bonus program
