Law Firm is searching for a full-time experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney to join their fast-paced trusts and estates practice group in Rockville, MD. This position represents a unique opportunity for professional growth within an established and prestigious law firm.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience drafting estate planning documents, preparing gift and estate tax returns, and administering trusts • Strong organizational and writing skills • Outstanding oral communication skills • A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school • A desire to excel in a growing firm • Experience meeting with clients is a plus • A portable business is a plus • An advanced degree such as an L.L.M. and/or professional certifications are preferred but not required • Maryland bar is required • Membership or the ability to waive to D.C. and/or Virginia bars is a plus
