This position offers the opportunity to work in either the Orlando or Tampa office locations and provide services to clients throughout the state. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and probate, and must possess a strong level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: - Provide estate planning, estate administration, probate, and related services to clients in Florida - Handle a caseload of various estate planning matters - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications: - Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school - Active membership in the Florida Bar - 8 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and probate - Strong understanding of Florida probate laws and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
