Job Description:
- Meet with clients directly to discuss their estate planning needs and build relationships - Utilize knowledge of sophisticated trust planning strategies to create personalized plans for high net worth clients - Advise on planning with respect to business interests and a broad range of tax matters - Maintain good standing with The Florida Bar and uphold ethical standards in all legal work - Work as part of a team to provide exceptional service and personalized approach to estate planning - Participate in networking and business development activities to grow client base - Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate and admission/membership in Good Standing with The Florida Bar - 5 years of experience in estate planning, preferably with high net worth clients - Knowledge of sophisticated trust planning strategies and tax matters - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Outgoing and motivated attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Familiarity with Florida laws and regulations related to estate planning
