The Law Firm of David L. Carrier, P.C. is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney for their firm located in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Estate Planning and/or Elder Law, a dynamic and driven personality, and a commitment to the success of the firm. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job Responsibilities:
• Meeting with clients to discuss and propose estate plans • Closing sales at initial meetings • Following up with potential clients • Reviewing outdated estate plans with clients • Communicating with clients via phone, virtual, and in-person • Creating marketing materials for the firm
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Estate Planning and/or Elder Law • Member of the Michigan Bar • Compassionate and enjoys helping people • Confident and problem solver • Existing client base and experience with bringing in new clients preferred
