Law Firm Seeking Experienced Estate Planning Attorney in Beaufort, SC
About the Firm:

Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to discuss legal services and provide advice on appropriate legal actions - Draft legal documents and conduct research - Prioritize customer needs and maintain regular communication - Provide creative solutions to clients' legal challenges - Accurately record and report time spent on cases - Travel to various offices in the area as needed - Collaborate with other attorneys to enhance practice
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in estate law - Law license in South Carolina (dual licensure in North Carolina preferred) - CELA certification a plus - Strong teamwork skills and commitment to excellence - Attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for clients - Effective and sensitive communication skills - Experience in estate planning, trust/estate administration, and long-term care benefits preferred - Litigation experience desirable - Efficient time management and ability to work independently - Strong negotiation and communication skills
