Law Firm Seeks Estate Planning Associate Attorney in Pensacola
Summary:
Clark Partington is a highly respected regional law firm in the Gulf Coast area known for its collaborative culture and modern work environment. They are currently seeking an Estate Planning Associate Attorney to join their growing team in Pensacola. The firm offers a wide range of legal services, including complex commercial transactions, general and business litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and wills, trusts, and estate planning.
Responsibilities:
- Draft estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. - Conduct client interviews to understand their needs and goals. - Assist with tax planning for estate plans. - Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant estate planning issues. - Manage client files and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited law school. - Member in good standing with The Florida Bar. - 0-5 years of experience.
Salary and Benefits:
The starting salary for this position is $80,000, commensurate with experience. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid health insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and optional group dental and vision insurance. Employees also have access to a 401(k) plan and profit sharing.
