**Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Estate Planning Associate:**
- At least 3 years of law firm experience in estate planning matters - Demonstrated ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness - Exceptional attention to detail - Outstanding client service skills - Excellent academic credentials - Highly motivated - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment - Admission to the Michigan bar
