Requirements:
2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business formation.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school in good standing.
Active Georgia state bar membership.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills.
Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, high-energy, and demanding environment.

As an Associate Attorney at Moody & Associates, you will have the opportunity to lead in crafting legal solutions for estate planning, probate, and business formation. You will engage with clients, assess their needs, and provide expert legal counsel, building lasting relationships along the way. You will also have the opportunity to master document drafting and review, as well as assist in designing business structures and tax planning. Staying updated on laws and regulations through legal research will be a key aspect of the role, as well as demonstrating a willingness to learn and lead in a collaborative work environment.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the Associate Attorney will also have the opportunity to attend hearings and represent clients in contested probate matters. They will also play a crucial role in enhancing the firm's presence in various forums and making a positive impact in the community.
