Job Summary:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, N.A is seeking an experienced ERM Issue Management Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk Management team in the Risk Management Division. The role will involve developing, implementing, and continuously improving the issue management framework within the organization to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in compliance, business administration, finance, accounting, or law to join a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidance related to the issue management framework. Collaborate with business units to ensure effective issue identification, reporting, and escalation mechanisms are in place. Execute procedures to oversee and report adherence to the issue management framework by the business units. Perform periodic reporting for executive management and the Board on risk trends and root cause analysis of issues. Support the development of training programs to educate employees on the issue management framework.
Additional Accountabilities:
Perform special projects and additional duties as required. Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards and complete required compliance trainings. Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in compliance, business administration, finance, accounting, law, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 3 years of experience in a financial services institution, auditing firm, or consulting firm with a regulatory compliance focus. 3 years of regulatory compliance or internal audit experience. Experience in bank compliance/risk operations and/or mortgage origination/servicing, retail banking, commercial banking, private banking, wealth management, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with Archer preferred.
Job Competencies:
Knowledge of retail and commercial banking products is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Inquisitive nature. Good business judgment.
Working Conditions:
Office environment. Limited travel.
