Work type: Full Time Administrative Location: Indianapolis, IN Categories: Administrative/Professional General Description of Position: The Environmental Management Institute Corporate Trainer will provide instruction including use of equipment, materials, and supplies related to the courses including but not limited to courses that provide state and federally sanctioned certifications in Asbestos and Lead Abatement, OSHA, OSHA, and Hazardous Waste. Major Responsibilities: Providing instruction for and/or obtaining certification to instruct all of the following: Asbestos Awareness (ASB1) Operations and Maintenance Worker Initial and Refresher Project Supervisor Initial and Refresher Building Inspector Initial and Refresher Abatement Worker Initial and Refresher Management Planner Initial and Refresher Project Designer Initial and Refresher Lead Lead-Based Paint Inspector Initial and Refresher Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor Initial and Refresher Indiana Lead Rules Lead-Based Paint Supervisor Initial and Refresher Lead-Based Paint Worker Initial and Refresher Dust Sampling/Clearance Technician Lead-Based Paint Renovator XRF Analyzer Use and Basic Radiation Safety (Special Class) Hazardous Waste HAZWOPER TSDF Initial and Refresher (HZW1/HZW11) HAZWOPER Cleanup Site Worker Initial and Refresher (HZW2/HZW12) HAZWOPER Limited Site Worker Initial and Refresher (HZW3) HAZWOPER Cleanup Supervisor (HZW4) HAZWOPER First Responder: Awareness (HZW5) HAZWOPER First Responder: 24-hour (HZW6/HZW9) HAZWOPER First Responder: 40-hour (HZW8) HAZWOPER Incident Commander (HZW7) Hazmat Shipping - DOT/IATA/IMDG (HAZ10) This is not to be construed as an exhaustive list.
