• Provide legal counsel on environmental law issues • Research environmental regulations and laws • Draft and review environmental documents • Represent clients in environmental legal matters • Advise clients on compliance with environmental laws • Negotiate environmental settlements • Monitor environmental developments • Provide legal advice on environmental issues
Job Requirements:
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school • Technical math, science, engineering, or environmental background, or related experience • Excellent academic credentials • Previous experience in environmental law is preferred • Excellent writing, communication, and research skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of state and federal environmental laws
