Provides general, organization wide support for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). Will use discretion and/or good judgment in unstructured situations.
*Creates, coordinates, and maintains project management documentation, including status reports, project plans, and other materials as needed. *Provides direct support to the EPMO's project managers as necessary. *Establishes, documents, and maintains standard project management processes and templates at the EPMO's MS Teams page, including appropriate change control and revision tracking procedures. *Captures and creates operational and administrative workflows on selected projects and distributes workflows to project stakeholders for validation and approval. *Researches competitors, vendors, business concepts, industry best practices, project management best practices, and summarizes findings to leadership. *Effectively manages working on multiple projects at management direction. *Compiles and reviews data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. *Supports project requirements gathering processes with project stakeholders and project managers. *Maintains the EPMO's MS Teams page and creates automated workflows for this page using MS Power Automate. *Develops, maintains, and nurtures working relationships with leaders, project stakeholders, project managers, and external partners. Generates alliances that promote effective relationships and outcomes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION:College graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related analytical field.
EXPERIENCE:0-2 years of business experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio, experience with workflow development, MS Teams, MS Power Automate, and MS PowerPoint.
