This is a full-time, remote position with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, along with 4 years of professional experience in related fields. The Enterprise Knowledge Systems Analyst will be responsible for the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the firm's intranet and other knowledge systems. This includes assisting customers with content publishing and maintenance, developing new content pages and workflows, and troubleshooting issues related to the knowledge systems. The analyst will also be responsible for data gathering and analysis, as well as providing content development and publishing support to various departments within the firm. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and people skills are essential for this customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the firm's intranet and library asset management systems - Assist customers with content publishing and maintenance - Analyze and assess customer needs received in the help inbox - Develop workflows and forms to automate business processes - Troubleshoot issues related to the knowledge systems - Use data gathering and reporting tools to analyze and provide information to customers - Provide content development and publishing support to various departments within the firm - Work with the Enterprise Knowledge Systems team to architect and develop intranet sites - Assist with quality assurance/testing of new products and features - Lead tester of Knowledge Systems functionality on various platforms and versions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field - 4 years of professional experience in related fields - Strong work ethic and detail-oriented - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks - Curious and eager to learn and acquire new skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in programming or scripting in any language - Experience in querying databases and developing workflows - Experience in web-based content development and management - Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word - Experience in creating and giving presentations

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work at a computer and telephone for extended periods of time - Must be able to lift and carry files and other items up to 10 pounds - Must be able to work a 5-day work week with standard hours, but must also be available after hours and on weekends when necessary - May be required to travel to the firm's U.S. offices for multiple-day trips - Work is typically performed in a typical office environment, but the position is currently fully remote with occasional in-office meetings - Must be able to sit and concentrate for 8-10 hours daily
