Job Description
As an Engagement Manager at Elevate, you will be responsible for managing and deploying our ElevateFlex Talent onto interim and permanent engagements. You will work closely with the Talent Team to deploy new joiners and balance the redeployment of the existing team to increase recruitment levels and maximize utilization. Your role will also involve sourcing and shortlisting talent, interviewing candidates, and maintaining relationships with both customers and talent. As an integral part of the company, you will play a crucial role in forging long-standing relationships with customers and negotiating rates and terms to ensure margins are met.
Experience as an Engagement Manager in the legal industry is preferred for this role, with a proven track record of success in a target-driven environment. You should also have an existing network of customers and/or talent to draw from. Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects at once. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a JD is helpful.
This is a remote-based role with a base salary of $90,000-135,000, plus a bonus plan. Elevate also offers a comprehensive benefits package and PTO for full-time employees. Responsibilities:
Manage and deploy ElevateFlex Talent onto interim and permanent engagements Work closely with the Talent Team to deploy new joiners and balance the redeployment of the existing team Source and shortlist talent, interview candidates, and maintain relationships with both customers and talent Forge long-standing relationships with customers and negotiate rates and terms to meet margins Maintain ongoing contact with customers to understand their resourcing requirements and discuss solutions Conduct regular feedback sessions with relevant contacts Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed before engaging in work Attend internal meetings and provide regular reporting on resourcing function Collaborate with Legal Team and Sales when negotiating contracts with new customers Work with Sales to identify potential new customer/engagement opportunities
Experience:
Previous experience as an Engagement Manager in the legal industry Proven track record of success in a target-driven environment Existing network of customers and/or talent Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects Bachelor's degree required, JD helpful
