Who You Are: - High performer with 3-5 years of experience in employment law compliance, negotiation of employment agreements, litigation, due diligence, and drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements - Strong communication skills, both oral and written - Ability to balance multiple projects and be responsive to client needs - Sound legal and business knowledge - Excellent leadership skills and work ethic - Strong academic credentials
