Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on employment and labor matters - Negotiate and draft employment agreements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents - Conduct audits and investigations of client employment and labor practices - Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues - Draft legal documents and represent clients in court and administrative proceedings - Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop legal strategies and case plans - Stay informed of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas - Manage a caseload and meet deadlines for assigned tasks - Maintain accurate and updated client files and records
Required Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in Nebraska - 7 years of experience in employment and labor counseling and litigation - Passion for and significant experience in employment and labor law - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage a caseload - Commitment to providing exceptional client service - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff - Experience with legal research tools and software
Salary Information: - Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
Experience Information: - 7 years of experience in employment and labor counseling and litigation preferred
