Job Title: Employment Litigation Partner Salary: $225,000-$275,000 base, excluding bonus opportunities Experience: At least 10 years of substantial employment litigation experience, licensed to practice law in Illinois Location: Chicago or St. Charles, IL
Amundsen Davis, a leading business law firm with 240 attorneys, is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Partner to join our growing Management-Side Labor & Employment team. This is a leadership opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record of handling employment disputes and a deep commitment to client service. The successful candidate must have the ability to independently manage cases from start to finish and have experience handling employment matters in Cook County and the Northern District of Illinois.
Responsibilities: - Representing firm clients in a variety of industries and employment matters, including wrongful termination, unfair competition, harassment, wage and hour, and labor law issues - Providing hands-on, first-chair responsibilities for employment litigation cases - Demonstrating strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
Requirements: - At least 10 years of substantial employment litigation experience - Licensed to practice law in Illinois - Proven track record of capably handling employment disputes, especially in Cook County and the Northern District of Illinois - Ability to independently manage cases from inception through trial - Deep commitment to client service
Salary and Benefits: - Annual base salary range of $225,000-$275,000, depending on experience - Lucrative bonus opportunities - Comprehensive benefits package (see website for details)
