We are currently seeking an experienced Associate attorney to join our Silicon Valley office in California.
As an Associate in our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of employment-related cases and provide guidance and counsel to employers on various labor and employment law issues. This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote work option, allowing for a flexible and balanced work-life schedule. The salary for this position will range from $195,000-$276,000, depending on experience and other factors. Our firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
As an Associate, you will be responsible for defending and litigating lawsuits related to employment matters, representing employers in court or arbitration, and advising and training employers on various labor and employment law issues. We are seeking candidates with a JD from an ABA accredited law school, at least 2 years of employment law experience, and current CA Bar admission in good standing. Experience with class action/PAGA cases is preferred but not required.
In addition to the required qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
