Fox Rothschild LLP, a leading law firm in San Francisco, CA, is currently seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join our Labor & Employment Department. This is a great opportunity for someone with five to seven years of relevant experience to advance their career and join a top law firm.
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate who is licensed to practice law in the State of California and has a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree. If you have experience in defending class and PAGA litigation matters, we want to hear from you! Experience with class and representatives’ actions is preferred, and trial experience is a plus but not required.
As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and conducting depositions. You will also have the opportunity to provide employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations. Strong research, writing skills, and an impressive academic record are essential for success in this role.
At Fox Rothschild LLP, we value our employees and offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $225,000-$265,000, taking into consideration factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
