As our Employment Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to defend and litigate a variety of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. You will also have the chance to represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations. In addition, you will provide advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must have a JD from an ABA accredited law school and at least 2 years of litigation experience. An employment law background is strongly preferred. You must also have an active NE bar admission or be able to obtain admission quickly. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a commitment to professionalism and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination - Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases - Provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials - 2 years of litigation experience, employment law background strongly preferred - Active NE bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly - Understanding of current court and employment-related agency (state and federal) procedures - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Attention to detail and commitment to excellence - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills - Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently on various projects
