- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as memoranda, motions, and pleadings - Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations - Draft position statements and dispositive motions - Provide counsel to clients on employment law matters - Maintain regular contact with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor and a license to practice law in Texas - 1 years of experience in employment litigation - Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
