The ideal candidate must be admitted to the California Bar, with additional admittance to the Oregon Bar preferred. Excellent writing skills are a must for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment litigation cases, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Attend depositions, hearings, and trials - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court - Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employment-related matters - Stay updated on current employment laws and regulations - Assist with business development and client relationship management - Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on cases and projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of California employment (EPL) experience - Admitted to the California Bar, additional admittance to the Oregon Bar preferred - Excellent writing skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High level of professionalism and integrity - Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines - Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations - Business development and client relationship management experience preferred
