Cook Craig & Francuzenko, PLLC, a mid-size Fairfax civil litigation boutique firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience in employment law and civil litigation matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for an associate to gain valuable experience and advance their career in a friendly and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employment law and civil litigation matters for clients - Conduct legal research and draft motions - Respond to discovery requests - Provide client advice, primarily for executives and individuals, but also for small businesses - Represent clients in general district court trials as lead counsel
Qualifications:
- Must be a current member of the Virginia Bar - 1-4 years of experience, including active litigation and courtroom experience - DC/MD bar membership is helpful - Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Salary and Benefits:
