Responsibilities: - Handle a caseload of employment litigation matters from inception to resolution - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Provide counseling to clients on various employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour matters - Assist with investigations and negotiations for employment disputes
Qualifications: - 3-4 years of experience in employment litigation and/or counseling - Admitted to practice in New Jersey, with New York admission being preferred - Strong academic background and excellent writing skills - Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
