Employment Associate Attorney The candidate will prepare and evaluate employment agreements, employee handbooks, employment terminations, sexual harassment claims, workplace safety, workers compensation, and employee benefits. Represent clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies. Develop and manage an employment practice in the Kalamazoo/Portage market. Interpret and provide guidance on laws, rulings, and regulations governing businesses. Stay apprised of legal and regulatory developments affecting business clients. J.D. degree is required. Should have 3 years of experience. Should be licensed to practice in Michigan.
