Responsibilities: - Provide advice and counsel to clients on a variety of employment and labor law issues - Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and other legal documents - Assist with the preparation and review of employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures - Support the employment and labor practice group in M&A transactions and other corporate matters - Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes
