Salary Information:
- Expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset of candidate

Qualifications:
- Four years of experience and sophistication in employment law - Interest in pursuing a practice focused on employment counseling, alongside litigation and transactional work - Experience in advising clients on employment policies and practices, compliance, and agreements - Strong academic credentials, exceptional communication and legal writing skills, and a high level of motivation - Willingness to train and mentor junior associates and a strong work ethic - Admitted to the California bar
