The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. They will conduct Human Resources (HR) related investigations to ensure that employee issues are resolved in adherence to all company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations and manage resolution by provide recommendations to Operational Management and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) as appropriate. This position will provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize the company's legal liability.

Experience: Bachelor's degree required in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent. Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations required.
Location: Remote (must live in South Central region)
Essential Functions:
- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems - Conduct and participate in HR investigations, ensuring fair and timely resolution - Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Collaborate with operational management, business HR, labor relations, and legal teams to find solutions to complex employee relations issues - Ensure compliance with legal requirements and employment legislation - Travel to company sites within supported region as needed
