Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. - Conduct HR related investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and federal, state, and local regulations. - Analyze and interpret data to monitor employee relations trends and provide recommendations for proactive and preventative measures. - Partner with operational management, HR business partners, labor relations, and legal teams to create solutions for complex employee relations issues. - Ensure high-quality HR support for the company through performance management, legal compliance, union collective bargaining agreements (as applicable), and employee communication.
