Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our team as a remote worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tactical Employee Relations consultation to managers and employees, conducting investigations, and analyzing data to monitor employee relations trends. You will also collaborate with operational management, business HR, labor relations, and legal teams to develop solutions to complex employee relations issues. The ideal candidate will have strong conflict resolution skills, be able to handle confidential information, and have a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Essential Functions
- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems. - Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations, ensuring fair and timely processes. - Provide policy interpretation and guidance to supervisors and managers on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations. - Collaborate with various teams to develop solutions to complex employee relations issues. - Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and employee communication. - Travel to company sites within the supported region as needed.

- Stay updated on legal requirements and employment legislation within the region. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent. - Five (5) years or more of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations. - Proficiency in MS Office suite. - Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Salary Information
The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $75K and is determined based on internal equity, salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, and certain degrees or certifications.
