Job Description
The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. This is a remote position, but the candidate must live in the South Central region of the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems - Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations - Develop investigation plans and conduct fair, neutral, and timely investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures and federal/state regulations - Oversee employee relations matters by ensuring policy interpretation for supervisors and managers - Partner with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations issues - Ensure the delivery of high-quality Human Resources support for the company through performance management, mitigating risk in legal compliance, administration of relevant clauses/provisions within union Collective Bargaining Agreements (as applicable), employee communication, and collaboration with Centers of Excellence
Additional Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned - Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region - Travel as needed to company sites within supported region
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of federal, state, and local regulations and/or violations of company policies and procedures - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills - Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to upskill and train on technology and functional aspects of case management systems - Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment - Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills - Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices - Proficiency in MS Office suite intermediate required - Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations intermediate required

Salary Information
Salary for this position ranges from $60K to $75K per year and is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees or certifications, etc.
