Overview
The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to managers and employees. They will conduct HR related investigations and analyze data to monitor employee relations trends. This position also provides guidance on policies and procedures to minimize legal liability.
Responsibilities
• Conduct investigations into reported concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations • Provide guidance and support for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions • Collaborate with Operational Management, HRBPs, and legal teams to create solutions for complex employee relations issues • Monitor employee relations trends and provide recommendations for proactive measures • Communicate and train on technology and case management systems • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent • 5 years experience in HR compliance, generalist, or employee relations • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills • Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in MS Office • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment
Salary Information
• Salary ranges from $60K to $75K, based on internal equity, market data, and relevant experience
