The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. They will conduct Human Resources (HR) related investigations to ensure that employee issues are resolved in adherence to all company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations and manage resolution by provide recommendations to Operational Management and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) as appropriate. They will analyzes and interpret data to monitor employee relations trends in order to aid Operations Management in addressing the trends in a proactive and preventative approach.

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems - Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations - Develop investigation plans and conduct fair, neutral, and timely investigations - Ensure policy interpretation for supervisors and managers - Handle employee conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and termination guidance - Partner with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams to create solutions for complex employee relations issues - Deliver high-quality Human Resources support for the company - Mitigate risk in legal compliance - Administer relevant clauses/provisions within union Collective Bargaining Agreements - Communicate with employees - Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs)
Additional Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned - Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region - Travel as needed to company sites within supported region
Skills and Abilities:
