This position is responsible for the tactical execution of complex eDiscovery projects and plays a pivotal role in assisting clients with their legal and regulatory matters. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior eDiscovery Consultants and managers to provide effective project management, coordinate team resources, and ensure a high level of client service. You will also have the opportunity to supervise document review project teams and develop and implement workflow processes and procedures that adhere to best practices.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Assist management and Senior eDiscovery Consultants with data management activities, including data collection, processing, and review. • Coordinate ongoing training for document review and quality control staff. • Develop and implement workflow processes and procedures that meet project specifications and adhere to best practices. • Supervise document review project teams, providing feedback on work product, productivity levels, and adherence to best practice standards. • Identify potential document review issues and address them accordingly.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required, Juris Doctorate preferred with licensure to practice in any state. • Minimum of 2 years experience in eDiscovery project management or litigation document review.
