The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERISA litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice in a firm with a congenial family atmosphere and competitive salary and benefits. The firm is looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is eager to take on new challenges and grow with the firm.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of ERISA benefit fund cases in a collegial and supportive environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ERISA laws and regulations, as well as excellent research and writing skills. In addition, the successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively with other attorneys and staff.

Qualifications:
