Law Firm Seeking E-Billing Administrator in Minneapolis
Fish & Richardson, a leading intellectual property law firm, is currently seeking an E-Billing Administrator to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis. As an E-Billing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely submission and acceptance of electronic invoices, as well as resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Submit and track electronic invoices to ensure timely submission and acceptance • Collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve any e-billing issues • Maintain and update client profiles in various e-billing systems, ensuring adherence to client guidelines • Conduct strategic analysis to identify and resolve any potential issues

• Attention to detail and ability to think strategically • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively with team members • Flexibility to work in office as needed for training and collaboration, with a maximum of 3 days per month

Salary Information:
The pay range for this position in Minneapolis is $26.73-$34.78 per hour, based on working 37.5 hours per week.
