This hybrid role requires a blend of technology, marketing, and project management expertise to drive performance improvements, enhance client engagement, and streamline internal processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives across marketing and other departments to support firm growth - Ensure alignment and integration of existing and proposed technology resources - Create and manage project plans, track progress, and address obstacles - Manage the annual marketing budget planning cycle - Identify and manage department projects and resources - Coordinate central department responsibilities - Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the CRM platform - Serve as an administrator for the firm's website - Identify and phase out outdated or underutilized technology platforms - Develop and maintain department operations manual - Review contracts and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 8 years of experience in professional services - Strong project management, analytical, and teamwork skills - Previous leadership experience - Understanding of the link between marketing and overall business goals - Exceptional business acumen, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize - Deep knowledge of marketing technology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate at an executive and technical level - Strong change management abilities
